Ryan C. Bailey, executive coach + leadership consultant

Ryan Bailey is the President & CEO of Ryan C. Bailey and Associates, an Atlanta-based organizational effectiveness firm. Passionate about developing leaders, Ryan believes that investing in team and leadership development is critical to the overall growth and success of a company. Strong leaders create strong teams, and strong teams execute on the vision of an organization. As a trusted advisor for senior leadership, he challenges and equips leaders of all levels to create and sustain high performing teams and develop leadership bench strength across the organization.

Working with domestic and international leaders, teams, and organizations that vary in industry, size, and culture, Ryan’s clients have experienced wins such as: doubling division revenues from 100MM to 300MM in under three years, increasing voice of teammate (VOT) engagement scores from 35-88% in two years, and – with Ryan coaching the leadership team from crisis to unity – selling a company for 10% more than anticipated.

With a degree in Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business as the groundwork, Ryan is able to apply both knowledge and insight to a trifecta of focus areas: leadership development, entrepreneurial management, and international business. His early experience includes eight years of developing strategic business plans for both international and domestic business ventures in both the for-profit and not-for-profit spaces. During this time, he built the foundation from which to coach senior leaders to successfully create, launch, manage, and grow their organizations.

In pursuit of his passion for developing people, Ryan chose to further his education and experience by obtaining a Master’s in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell and completing the Advanced Corporate Coaching Program of Coachinc.com, the oldest and most established coach-training program in the world. Additionally, he is certified to administer a variety of assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the EQ-i 2.o, and the EQ-i 360.

Raised in a bilingual home, Ryan in fluent in both Spanish and English. He leverages his personal growth and professional experience to help clients embrace the importance and benefits of understanding their roots and leading from a place of authenticity. A fervent believer in staying connected to his heritage and celebrating diversity, he maintains memberships in the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan lives in the Atlanta metro area with his wonderful wife Grace and their three beautiful adopted children.

Charles Hooper, Executive Coach + Leadership Consultant


Charles is the President and Founder of Hooper Leadership Coaching LLC. He also leads a group of CEO’s and business owners through Convene Corporation. He has a passion and proven track record for coaching leaders according to their unique design so they can be accelerated through the challenges and growth stages of leadership.

Throughout his career, Charles has held several senior level and executive leadership roles in the non-profit and for-profit sector. He understands the unique desires, challenges and needs of C-Level leaders. He attended Samford University and studied Human Resource Management.

He has had the privilege of equipping and coaching leaders from Kenya, China, Brazil, Poland, Australia, South Africa, Mexico, Thailand, Guatemala, England, Kazakhstan, Turkey and United States.

Charles is a Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and holds credentials as a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach and is Certified in the GiANT Worldwide 5 Voices Tools and Workshops.

He is happily married to Jill and has six sons. They live in Duluth, Georgia.


Michael Pepper, Coach

Michael Pepper graduated from Covenant College with a B.A. in Community Development, with a focus on International Economic Development and holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. He is a board certified, licensed associate professional counselor in the state of Georgia and a certified coach. 

Prior to entering the leadership development field, Michael worked in the non-profit world connecting high capacity donors with organizations around the world. in 2013, Michael shifted from the donor side to the organizational side joining a non-profit that taught leadership development through soccer in Uganda. Michael was responsible for developing the coaching program for Ugandan coaches on the ground as they grew from working with 200 young boys across several leagues to over 600 young boys across leagues in several villages. Throughout this process, Michael realized one of his deepest passions is connecting people to purpose. 

Michael is a certified Practitioner of Myers-Briggs Step I and Step II Instruments, EQ-i 2.0/EQ360, as well as a Certified Facilitator from Leadership Strategies

Megan Koh, Resume Specialist

Megan Koh is the resident RCBA Resume Writer and Editor.  In 2014, she began learning how to craft the perfect resume; from that moment, she discovered a passion and precision for drawing out potential in others through their resume.

Megan primarily follows a proven process developed by Michael Auzenne and Mark Horstman and additionally incorporates tailored SOAR/STAR answers into resumes so that clients are prepared to display their strongest accomplishments in interviews.  Her experience ranges from IT to HR, handling clients who have recently graduated from school to clients who have over twenty years of work experience – as well as everyone in between.

Megan is currently working towards her coaching certification.
